Maxview Roam uses a powerful antenna and a 4G Router 12v powered to provide WiFi to your motorhome or caravan. It helps you get a better Internet connection in two ways:
- First, use 3G or 4G mobile data to create a reliable WiFi hotspot. By using the antenna, you can often pick up usable signals where your phone can’t.
- Secondly, when a direct Wi-Fi source is available, the Roam can be used to connect to an existing Wi-Fi access point, ensuring data is only used when needed.

Will I be able to watch Netflix, Movistar+ or Amazon Prime Video?
That’s how it is! The Roam Kit will keep you connected to all your favorite shows in rural and remote areas, as long as you have a subscription or license for the corresponding service. You will need around 2-3 Mbps for standard definition streaming and around 3-5 Mbps for HD streaming. Music streaming services like Spotify need a maximum of 1 Mbps.
Do I need a SIM card?
Yes. The equipment is free and you can choose the operator that suits you best. How to choose yours will depend on the type of use you are going to give the system.
Are you going to watch Netflix or Movistar+ very often? So, you will need a considerable amount of data. If you watch an hour of videos a day, you’re going to need around 40 GB of data a month. Consider that this amount doubles if you watch the content in HD. Keep this in mind when choosing the contract with your operator.
Are you just going to listen to music, look for restaurants in the area you are in and check your emails? With about 10 GB per month it will be enough for low intensity use.
